Returns and Cancellations
- Due to the rising number of COVID-19 and Monkey Pox cases from state to state, we will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure the health of TPL and team members.
- We appreciate you understanding, as we are all navigating through these uncertain times.
- If an item arrives to you damaged, you have five days after the delivery date to communicate the issue to us via email or the request will not be honored.
- All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS, AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.
- WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY REQUEST AFTER 30 DAYS. STORE CREDIT MAY BE ISSUED DEPENDING ON CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES AND IS THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNER.
- PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE!
- Once payment has been completed for your order, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
At this time The Patchy Lion ONLY ships merchandise to locations within the United States. CUSTOM purchased items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date. Rush shipping on CUSTOM orders can be requested for an additional $20 and will be shipped the next day following purchase. Products that do require shipping will ship next day ( excluding weekends and holidays) Bulk order will be normally take 7-10 days excluding weekends and holidays. Rush on bulk orders will be an additional $35
All orders must be made by 2PM EST to be shipped overnight. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.
During holidays there will most likely be a delay with shipping. Please add a 1-3 day window (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) shipping policy.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please contact your local
post office for any questions concerning lost or stolen packages.

Pre-Ordered items are items reserved with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are ESTIMATED and may change depending on the vendor.
Of course you will be notified as soon as this has been made aware.
All pre-orders MUST be paid in full at the time of reservation. Customers will be notified via email when item(s) are ready to ship. Pre-Orders are treated as all other purchases. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are completed with an order number.
If an item has sold out or is out of stock after your order has been placed you will be notified via email right away.
Unfortunately, an item can be sold out at anytime before the daily update. We apologize should this happen in advance and will notify you accordingly. Thank you for your patience.
